Delete your Astory account

Astory (by Innocons) lets parents delete their account and associated data. This page is the web path required by Google Play when an app offers account creation.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Astory and sign in as the parent.
2. Open the parent area (pass the parent gate).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes the parent account, every child profile, every story, and monthly usage counters stored with that account.

Request by email

If you cannot open the app, email info@astory.me from the email address used for the Astory account. Include “Astory account deletion” in the subject and the account email in the body.

We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the Auth user (which cascades app data). We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will reply when done.
